Roles & Responsibilities– Pitch company services and portfolio to potential clients
– Identify new leads and convert them into customers
– Build and maintain client relationships
– Collaborate with internal teams for custom proposals
– Meet daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets
– Provide regular sales updates to management
– Present SparXcellence services and case studies to US-based prospects
– Engage and build trust with international clients
– Develop and implement outreach strategies
– Close deals and meet performance benchmarks
– Deliver daily updates to management

CompensationFirst 3 Months: High Commission-Based Earnings (Minimum $100+/Per Closing for those successfully handling international clients) & INR 2000/- & Plus For Indian Clients + 5% Recurring Every Month. 
After 3 Months: Competitive pay as per industry standards, plus performance-based incentives
