Roles & Responsibilities | – Pitch company services and portfolio to potential clients – Identify new leads and convert them into customers – Build and maintain client relationships – Collaborate with internal teams for custom proposals – Meet daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets – Provide regular sales updates to management | – Present SparXcellence services and case studies to US-based prospects – Engage and build trust with international clients – Develop and implement outreach strategies – Close deals and meet performance benchmarks – Deliver daily updates to management |

Compensation | First 3 Months: High Commission-Based Earnings (Minimum $100+/Per Closing for those successfully handling international clients) & INR 2000/- & Plus For Indian Clients + 5% Recurring Every Month.
