From May 2019 to September 2021, we partnered with Kartikya Builders to transform their digital presence across platforms. Through strategic social media management, highly targeted Meta ad campaigns, and robust lead generation systems, we helped them connect with serious property buyers and position themselves as a trustworthy real estate brand.

Kartikya Builders, a prominent name in the real estate sector, approached us with a clear goal — to strengthen their digital presence, generate quality leads, and build consistent engagement with their target audience. Despite having a great offline reputation, they lacked the online influence required to attract the new-age buyer.

Our first step was to analyze their digital footprint and understand their target demographics. We devised a threefold strategy involving content-driven social media, high-performance Meta ads, and conversion-focused lead generation funnels.

For social media, we built a strong content calendar combining lifestyle-based visuals, walkthrough reels, festive promotions, and educational content that highlighted the trust, amenities, and location benefits of Kartikya’s projects. We introduced brand consistency through design templates and a unified voice to reflect reliability and professionalism.

Simultaneously, we launched Meta ad campaigns aimed at high-intent property seekers using advanced targeting filters like geographic radius, age, income, interests in real estate, and behavior-based lookalike audiences. These campaigns included formats such as lead ads, video ads, carousel walkthroughs, and project offers, all designed to drive engagement and inquiry.

Lastly, we built lead generation funnels with landing pages and WhatsApp automation to ensure no lead was lost in follow-up. All inquiries were tracked, filtered, and forwarded to the client’s sales team with detailed reporting, making their follow-ups more effective and organized.

This holistic approach not only elevated their online visibility but also helped Kartikya Builders sustain consistent sales inquiries, even during market slowdowns.
